  Some of your staff are very rude, unhelpful and not in keeping with the global customer service that Mcdonalds like to portray. On a previous visit a few weeks back on our way down through Spain a young staff member helped us navigate the new electronic ordering system. We have no Spainish he had no English but we managed with a laugh between us. Different story on returning on 29th March on our way back to France. Staff member pointing to electronic ordering, no options, no help, asked in our small amount of Spainish for some help and back came rude, head shaking and insistance to use the electronic ordering system. We asked to speak to the manager, and realised straight away why the previous staff member was rude and unhelpful and why the restaurant was clearly dirty. Get a grip Mcdonalds, you are a global company and a little help with ordering goes a long way, especially when you have no Spanish. The previous staff member showed how to help a customer the second visit showed how to make them go elsewhere. The automation of ordering will see the end of your jobs and its the first time I think that might have been an improvement.
